Various small tasks around house
I hired handyman connection to do various tasks around my house. This included repairing interlocking brick on porch, fixing fence in back yard, and replacing hose bib at rear of house. The repairman quoted all the jobs and was hired but was very unreliable as to showing up on time, or at all. I made the mistake of paying before all work was complete and after I complained to the company's management the jobs, which should have taken about 4 hours were completed 8 months later. It was not a good experience.

Hi Jeff,
I'm surprised by your comment as we never accept payment before any work is completed. Perhaps it was another company with the word "Handyman" in their name. In fact it is even printed on our Estimates and Invoices that we only collect upon completion of the work. As for your other concerns re:timing, that is the number one reason we don't accept payment before starting work, we want to remain your top priority.
