Water leak repair & Complete waterline replacement
Any and Scott are great! I first met Andy as he responded to a water leak problem I had at my residence. He was professional, courteous and solved the problem quickly. More importantly, he explained the issue and identified additional items of concern - Kitec.
I selected Andy Plumbing to come and replace all water lines in my residence - not wanting to chance my home to the water line misfortunes of other Kitec victims. Andy and Scott arrived and spent 4 days in my home.
The job was not only done well, they went above and beyond! Checked and replaced components from the hot water tank, used top of the line materials - ultimately, increased the water pressure to all areas of the house (builder install was poorly done, to say the least). All drywall cut outs were done so that the drywall removed could be used by the drywall contractor when they arrived to patch the holes. They used floor matting throughout the house, covered furniture and components with plastic sheeting, used their own vacuum to catch drywall dust whenever they cut, explained every detail of what they were doing, etc.
Overall - awesome job, great guys. I can now have piece of mind in my home when it comes to the water lines.
