Kosco are a full service company. They worked with us to identify the technical solutions to renovating our stairs, provided objective information regarding various products and helped with the overall design. They are excellent communicators to keep you informed every step of the process. The installation was on schedule with no issues. We felt very comfortable having them work in our home in how they were very neat and tidy and careful to prevent collateral damage (ie. walls, existing hardwood flooring. There was good follow up afterwards on our level of satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work on project where all elements - scope, schedule and cost are well managed.
