The plumber saw the work that we wanted when he came for the estimate. He saw the additional work that was advantageous for us to do. He explained why it was good to do it, and so we agreed to the procedures.
The work was completed as we wanted, in the time that was promised. He cleaned up well after the work was done.
I appreciated that the plumber was knowledgeable, explained what was needed, and that the cost according to the estimate was firm.
