Ordered on May 31 2011, got install Sept 28,2011. Warranty starts the day you order even if no installers to install. Door is broke and won't fix . Service sucks, Customer service sucks. Stay away. Windows OK

"REVENGE REVIEW"
Sunrise Windows would not warranty this door supplied/installed on May 31, 2011..........as the door was damaged by the customers tenant a year later.....complaint is NOT accurate.
