Plumbing review in

Pros: Same day, friendly service, clean, knowledgeable
Cons: Pricy, undisclosed fees, glove and use of snake.
I was surprised to hear at the end of the service that I had to pay $10 for the rubber glove and $35 for use of the snake in addition to the hourly rate. These are standard plumbing tools so I thought. I'm happy with the service but not the extra fees, unlikely to use them again because of that.
