The sales person took time to explain there product had an unbiased opinion of other companys and did not push me to buy the windows. The installer was very professional and did not hurry or cut corners when levelling the windows and insulating them. They cleaned up after themselves after the job was completed showed me the windows were operational and only then asked me if I was full satisfied with the job.

Loyal Seal came in and did the job with tremendous speed. The took a large, 40-year-old picture window out and popped in a new, high-efficiency one in about 30 minutes. Everything was left neat and tidy. A great experience and a wonderful upgrade.

We wanted the existing substandard wood-framed sliding windows to be replaced in our home, with durable, vinyl-framed, casement windows that are energy efficient and provide a somewhat wider view to the outside than sliding windows (no frame in the center). We were also looking for increased security and easy maintenance. Loyal Seal’s windows met all our requirements and they custom made five windows, including one with “privacy glazing” for a bathroom. Their installation team provided excellent service. They arrived on time and installed the new windows professionally, with excellent workmanship. They protected our floors with blankets and cleaned up after the completion of their work. We would definitely recommend Loyal Seal Windows to everyone.

We decided to change 3 bedroom windows in our house since last year. And now is the best time to get it done.
We were happy to get it done because at least the windows can be open, when the weather is nice during the summer season.

I am answering your response:

Please do not post false emails that you have sent me, I only received the original email stating the cost of the warranty replacement. No other emails where sent to me. You have my telephone number, why would you not contact me directly to discuss the problem instead of posting false information.

I have the Invoice and there it states if I can provide a picture a diagnostic charge will not be be charged and a the company can prepare the warrantied part. There is no mention of a charge for warranty work. If there is please email that to me.

It is very untrue that you have attempted to contact me numerous times. I have also emailed you to see if I can get the part that is covered under warranty and install myself. But Have not gotten any response from you. You want to charge me $160+tax for service, but I have seen that you have charged others $80. Can you explain that.

Please let me know where I can get the part.

I contacted this company over 3 years ago to install a new Patio Door and Storm Door for my parents who are in their mid 80's. They work was good, but now when the Screen Slider Frame of their Patio Doors is cracking and braking off, they say they will come and fix only after we pay $160 + TAX. On my parents receipt it states the Patio Door Frame has a Life time warranty. I have never had an experience where a company charged to come out to do warranty work. The service is always covered and the warranty work is done. This is a Breach of Warranty! DONT USE Them for any work.

As per your Company response, it is not true that there have been numerous attempts by your company and manufacturer to contact me. I have called 3 times and emailed once. They contacted me once by email and then you called me once. I will take the free parts and do the replacement ourselves. Will not pay $160+tax for you to replace them. I read in a previous complaint you charged them $80 dollars, why now $160+Tax. Please let me know where I can pick up the parts?

We are very happy with our new door and the service we received from our installer. It was done extremely well, and we would definitely recommend Loyal to friends and family for door or window replacement.

We needed some large windows replaced and had a couple of quotes that seemed either too complex or too vague. I called Loyal Seal because we had used them before and were satisfied. The sales rep showed up quickly and understood what was needed. He told us about the possible alternatives and his recommendation. We signed up and the installers came on time and worked with car and a positive attitude. The windows look nice and the surrounding work was done neatly - no painting or repairs were needed.

We used the above company to replace our front door. Overall, the service was excellent. The sales representative, Jacob was very professional and extremely accommodating. Nice and pleasant, no pressure selling tactics employed.
The two installers were on time on the appointment date and did a great job. Were courteous, efficient and extremely polite.
Would have no hesitation in using this company again.
