The service tech's left the bottom exterior panels open last year when service was done and mice chewed up some wires due to that which cost me about 950 dollars. when they came back to replace the parts they left the bottom panels open AGAIN! the Store manager said he will look into and get back to me. it's been 3 weeks with no response, I will never use this store again.
