John is a very personable and professional contractor, who explained the reason for the leaks, took photos of damaged areas, and suggested that we strip off the many layers of flat roofs, repair any rotten wood, before putting down a new roof. His crew worked quickly, completing the work in a day and leaving the site as clean as they found it. Telephone and text communication was excellent throughout the process and the final bill was true to the estimate.
