Although the beginning process was decent, after all contracts were signed and recognized, everything went downhill. To begin with, there had been a formal agreement concerning the garage deliverance of 4 weeks. However, it took 2 months to fully deliver the garage, Janssen did not take any time to inform us about this nor responsibility. In addition, there was no apron nor main door steps, which does not follow construction regulations. included in the garage since it was considered "landscaping ". When we contacted them they demonstrated poor customer service and lack of basic manners. After several calls, they confirmed that they were going to "fix" the issues. Either they have really low standards or do not prioritize their clients but they simply poured some gravel which was an "apron" and placed a wood box that was considered "the main steps". I highly recommend that, for those interested in buying from Janssen, expect to be dissapointed and extremely poor service.
