My experience with Janssen homes was not a positive one. My home, while it looked good on the surface had significant structural issues that Janssen refused to take responsibility for. This was despite being presented with independent structural and geotechnicial reports. I have neighbours who also had their homes built by Janssen and they had similar problems to ours along with a similar negative experience with Janssen.
