Kevin and John were prompt and courteous and did wonderful work on my furnace and air ducts. The stairway to my basement is quite narrow, but they were able to maneuver their portable cleaner down and around the corner of the staircase. Extra kudos to them for managing this. Kevin noticed that there were no access holes in the main duct in the basement, so he created them in order to access the duct to clean it. He also advised regarding getting an outdoor dryer vent installed, and he arranged for an appointment in order for me to get this done. Very thorough work from Kevin and John, and I am very happy.
