WO 27459. I am a new homeowner and wanted to get my furnace serviced prior to the onset of winter. I had two services scheduled back to back, a duct cleaning followed by a preventative maintenance check. Everyone who showed up at my house were on time and very friendly, my dog even took a shine to one of them and that is saying something. The invoicing procedure was simple and straightforward, right in the kitchen of my home. The gentleman who did the PM talked to me about different options for a new furnace and gave me his card. All in all a very positive experience with helpful and friendly representative of the company.
