City Custom Doors

Our garage door was hit by a different contractor i thought it was non fixable
that is until i contacted the nice lady at city custom doors she was so very helpful
she sent out a technician right on the spot. They arrived within minutes and got our door fixed we needed a new panel as the one that was hit was not fixable
we called a couple other places and were told without even looking at our door that it all
Needed to be repaced..
when City Custom Doors arrived they had everything needed with them.. they took out the damaged panel and replaced it as wrll as the technician did a full service on our door he went threw everything with us showed us how to work with minor issues ect.
I would have to say i would HIGHLY recommend this company. Your not just another house to them they genuinely care for their customers and my husband and i are more then grateful for all they did to help us out.

I do not recommend this company, they have been nothing but a nightmare. Promised to have doors a certain day, was a week later. The installer did nothing but complain the 5 hours he was there, promised to come back in 4 days never showed up or called.

We looked around and City Custom Doors offered the best price for what we were looking for. We ran into a few issues because of things missed by the framers and them having issues with their staff (our case got lost for a month or so), but in the end it all went well.
To sum it up, they did great work, we had a few issues with staff (who in turn ended up getting let go) and we would use them again.
