Have been with Worry Free since 2015 and find their email updates of great help and appreciate the excellent job that is done cleaning our very long walkway, after our large laneway has been cleared.
They follow the city plows, so that dump at the end of the lane is gone asap. If you need out for an appointment the next day, give them a call ahead and they will make sure your lane is cleaned in time to get to your appointment. They have provided complimentary cleaning, which is great, as Client Service seems to be two words forgotten by so many companies.
They can be asked to come back, after your car is removed from the laneway, and we have never had any damage done to our property.
