We have had two exceptional experiences with home inspections performed by James in the last 2 years. He did an outstanding job 2 years ago when we bought our current home which we have had no problems with at all.
More recently he inspected another property for us. He was thorough, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out a number of things but most importantly the presence of a type of in-floor heating pipes which have been so problematic that many insurance companies no longer offer coverage for the home.
James explained all the issues in detail, the report was ready very promptly and it allowed us to make decisions with the knowledge we needed about the home we were considering to buy.
James is honest, reliable, very pleasant and has an integrity and professionalism which are rare in the world of real estate.
We will not buy a home until he has inspected it!
