We have been dealing with Novel Care since 2008.I had an appointment for Monday between 12-4, they came early! Now when does that happen, not too often.Sean and Mark came to the house. Very polite and friendly! Mark introduced himself to me and shook my hand. Sean was with him as well. I haven't seen Sean for quite a while (a number of years actually). He was always our service man for both summer and winter for years. It is nice when the same people come around. It becomes personal. He told me that he was in an accident and that he was back to work now. I was happy to see them both! They were efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
