I was in a difficult position with another supplier(inferior products and terrible customer service) when Ed was referred to me. He did a great job in getting his guys out to my home quickly. He quickly sent me pictures of flooring, based on what I said I had originally chosen from the first supplier. He also advised me on trends and quality of the flooring.
The installers evaluated the job and completed it quickly and efficiently. The turnaround time was great as I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner for over 30 people and my rooms were prepped for the job when the original installer kept delaying my job. My family was not happy. I must say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Milton Hardwood. A great deal of my stress has been lifted. Keep up the good work.

Marlene and I just had a remarkable experience with MILTON Hardwood.
Just last Thursday we met Richard to have a quote on the broadloom replacement. Picked the materials and Richard told us he would be out to measure either later Thursday or Friday morning . He call Thursday to ask if he could come right away , and he did. Measured, went back to the Steele’s Ave. Store and called back with the quote and an install date.....IT WAS WEDNESDAY! Installer Jesse and helper came with the hardwood first thing , ripped out the carpet and underlay, installed the wood and baseboard trim, and 10 hours later were done.....and a terrific install. Also need to add, that because of our age, Jesse and helper moved our heavier furniture around as they worked, and put the pieces back in place when they were finished...
We are very happy with the whole experience and recommend them.

This is our second time using Milton Hardwood Floors but the first time we used their installation service as well.

It was great to see that the friendly service and professionalism of the store staff (Ed) extends to their installers. The work was well done and we were quite pleased with the results.

we ordered floor at this location for a DIY project. The staff was knowledgable and very helpfull. We were given advise on how to do the best job possible and what pneumatic gun to buy. Not once did they try to push for them installing the floor instead, they were respectful of us wanting to do the project. Great service, I would recommand them.

I used Milton hardwood when I built my house 9 yrs ago, as I respect their honesty & workmanship, I of coarse continued with them to finish my basement project. Milton Hardwood floors carry many beautiful variety of hard wood products that I trust to use in my house that is safe & reliable for my family to enjoy for many years. I dealt with Belle throughout from the quote initiation process to the hardwood installation. She was able to immediately identify the existing wood on the 1st floor as I wanted the same hardwood for the bedrooms and closets on the 2nd floor. Belle was pleasant and very professional. She went above and beyond to ensure that the dust in my home would be minimized considering that the work got done during the winter. The actual installation was fast, efficient and very clean. They arrived on time in the morning and finished later in the evening if necessary to stay on schedule. My floors look amazing! I highly recommend Milton Hardwood and I encourage you to ask for Belle's assistance.

Milton Hardwood Floors were easy to work with, quick to respond to question and did a great job. Installer showed up right on time, respected our house (including cutting outside). We are considering Milton Hardwood for another job soon.

Wanted to put a Vinyl floor over existing tile, was told by everyone I couldn't because eventually the grout lines would show through. These guys had a product that they told me would do the job so I purchased the product and had them install it. Looks absolutely fantastic. The guys doing the install showed up on time and did a phenomenal job of the installation. I asked if it was possible do the baseboards and trim while they were there, just to save me doing it. The quoted me a price, I agreed to it, and they did that work as well. This is the 3rd time I have used Milton Hardwood now for product but the first install. Top shelf on all counts, and I would highly recommend them

Had Milton Hardwood supply and install maple hardwood floors with a clear finish throughout the first floor of our house. Job was done efficiently in two days. The hardwood looks great. Richard was very helpful. Thanks!
