Technician arrived on time. Provided a detail check up on my furnace. He noticed that the light is not stable and ran further test to make sure it is fine. He also provided some good suggestions on thermostats as I plan on upgrading mine to a smart thermostat.

Serguei was the technician who came to repair the heat pump unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. Serguei Was able to diagnose correctly the problem and completed the repair satisfactorily.
We had previously called another company and their technician did not notice that the fan belt was broken.

The techs were persistent in determining the cause of our furnace not working....which was discovered during regular seasonal maintenance.
It seemed to be difficult to diagnose and when necessary, more senior techs were called in. The following day the gas valve was replaced and we are good to go.
