Serguei was the technician who came to repair the heat pump unit. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. Serguei Was able to diagnose correctly the problem and completed the repair satisfactorily.
We had previously called another company and their technician did not notice that the fan belt was broken.
I would highly recommend Serguei and High Efficiency Cooling & Heating for HVAC repair and service.
