My furnace stopped working and high efficiency can right away diagnosised the problem and fixed it right away. The technicianbwas amazing in helping us. He was knowledgeable and was able to give strategies to avoid future issues.
The only weird thing with high efficiency is how they accept payment. They don't deviate from there company policy and are very open in telling you that.
