Our furnace blower unfortunately burnt out leaving us without a/c this summer. It felt odd to have furnace replacement in this season. Unfortunately, repair cost was estimated at over 50% of a replacement (after rebates) and we decided to replace as per some recommendations. We contacted a few companies, and found High Efficiency giving a competitive quote, on top of that they were Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer as well which gave us more confidence. Charton was superb in his professionalism and service, and helpful in managing a suitable installation time and also accommodating slight adjustments we had requested. He is also very knowledgeable and a good and effective communicator. The technicians came on time, and performed a fine job. I'm really happy and content with the services from the team.
