Shane staff not keeping their promises,many things at closing pointed out not done even some safety features like Railing on main enterance and list on and on,Basement enterance door too small my sofa damaged.Best part is Sales (Jeff) very good helpfull even after sales,Shane managment must review their Quality standards.
