After the 2013 flood downgraded our fixer-upper into a “previously flooded fixer-upper”, we lived with an unfinished (and uninsulated!) basement for close to two years. This spring however, Darwin and Bond Construction came to our rescue and transformed our disaster zone into a beautiful, functional, fully finished basement.

Darwin was a pleasure to work with from day one and somehow managed to accommodate each and every one of our many requests. From last minute requests like tiling an entrance way and painting a small bathroom, to larger projects like installing a wet bar in the exact location I was set on (regardless of plumbing challenges), Darwin and his crew did it all beautifully and did it within an 8-week timeframe as originally promised.

We recently hired Bond Construction to develop our unfinished basement. The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless. Darwin and his entire crew were not only professional and courteous but they were respectful of our home during the construction process. Darwin kept us constantly updated on the status of the project and promptly responded to any questions or comments that arose. The basement development was completed within the estimated time frame and the final cost was very close to the initial quote we were provided. Any additional costs that we incurred were a result of different finishings that we selected. It is almost as if Darwin and Bond Construction were sent from Heaven to transform our flood beaten empty mud pit of a basement into our dream space. They completed the entire project in eight weeks and were so professional, accommodating and skilled. I would not have believed that a Contracter existed that could make this Reno a reality without extra costs, extended deadlines and headaches one normally associates with renovations. If you are doing a Reno, use these guys. They are incredible!

We hired Bond Construction to turn two small outdated rooms in our basement into one large master bedroom as we have been running out of room upstairs with the addition of new family members. Darwin consistently let me know what was going on with the reno and his team did a job that was far beyond our expectations. The room is amazing and I would recommend Bond without hesitation. Bond Construction recently redesigned and renovated our Kitchen. The work was extensive - including removal of two walls, new lighting, installation of a tiled floor, new island and cabinets. Cost estimates were as budgeted with no surprises. The crews stayed with the job.

The work was completed within five weeks and on schedule. Bond's team were courteous and very experienced at there specific trades.

Bond also recently installed over 150 feet of new fence for us.
Removal of the fence and construction was completed in three days; by a team of three or four.

Bond construction planned my basement development & completed it on time, on budget & with expertise. They impressed me so much that I got them back to install heated tile flooring in my bathrooms and then install our kitchen backsplash. I had a new bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom and living area put in my basement. I was told the the project would take 6-8 weeks. It was completed in 5 weeks. The workmen were courteous, on time and I was thrilled with the outcome. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a previous quote and was told a bathroom could not be installed so I was a bit worried. The bathroom turned out to be the best part.
