We recently hired Bond Construction to develop our unfinished basement. The entire process, from start to finish, was seamless. Darwin and his entire crew were not only professional and courteous but they were respectful of our home during the construction process. Darwin kept us constantly updated on the status of the project and promptly responded to any questions or comments that arose. The basement development was completed within the estimated time frame and the final cost was very close to the initial quote we were provided. Any additional costs that we incurred were a result of different finishings that we selected. We were extremely satisfied with the project and project management from the initial stages of development to completion. The final product far exceeded our expectations.
