We loved the helpfulness of the sales staff and to this day still do, but the house itself has slowly fallen apart. We've had troubles with the floors, the roof (leaking), and even the electrical. You're paying for what you get, and this was a cheaper house, but it was perhaps built too cheaply and too many corners were cut.
