The wand to my central vac was stuck in place. Our attempts to fix didn’t work. On recommendation for Dynamic I left it to with Tarik. He took the whole thing apart to discover the wand was essentially wrecked. His wording was more eloquent and proper. With a new wand, new power head and old hose all is fixed. Awesome. Fast friendly and professional service

Stove is bright, lots of room to try the different central vac systems. Conveniently located with lots of parking. Joe was very helpful, made lots of suggestions without pressure to buy. System installed in a couple of days. Installer was Polite, efficient and respectful. Demonstrated equipment and explained before leaving. Would recommend Moe and his staff. Superb service.

I recently reached out to Dynamic Vacuums for a service request as my Hoover central vac had no suction above basement level(even very minimal there). I got excellent tips and advice from Brian on the phone; he answered all my questions and asked me to do a few self-checks to justify a need for their technician visit. He also gave me headsup on potential call-out charges. With help from a friend, we identified and fixed the fault (a loose piping joint). Although I didn't receive direct paid service from Dynamic this time, I'm very impressed by my experience with them and will definitely contact them for any future vacuuming needs.
