Avoid this company. They probably grew the business in the low-interest boom years in the area and catered to contractors who were doing major new builds or reno work. I doubt they cared about small retail customers.

I am celebrating my one-year anniversary with them installing vinyl plank in my house. They ghosted me months ago when I tried to get repairs done (poor installation method). Looks like I will repair it myself.

Go to Collingwood, Meaford, or Owen Sound.

The absolutely worst tile and floor heating install ever.
It took months to solve the issues. We received below install at premium prices. Would not recommend.

The job was completed but was unacceptable (the wrong tile was used). The owner promised to make it right, but after several stalls, refused to repair the problem. The bill was paid in full, but I would not recommend them to others
