I contacted the Crack Specialists after noticing some water that had pooled under the stairs in my laundry room. Within a couple of days, Wes was sent to our house to take a look at what we were dealing with. Within seconds of meeting him I was put at ease, as he is very friendly and easy to talk to. Wes quickly identified the source of the leak and we arranged a date for him to come back and complete the repair. On the day of the repair, Wes arrived as scheduled and did a great job of explaining the repair as well as answering all of my questions. He is very professional in his work and yet very personable and easy to make conversation with. I would, without a second of hesitation, contact Wes in the future for any additional foundation issues.
