The Crack Specialists

A previously repaired crack in my basement was leaking and sadly, when I called all the vendors in K-W, none of them had a record of the repair. I thought perhaps it would be under warranty, but didn't have the original receipt. Most companies were rude and did not give me a good feeling about contracting them. When I called the Crack Specialists and spoke with Lorrie, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the impression that The Crack Specialists were a leader in the industry and a very reliable company. I had a technician on site the day after I booked the call. Wesley was very professional, and before he started, he walked around the house with me to check for other cracks in the foundation and gave me many tips for keeping water away from the house. I know the job was not an easy one, but he got it done in efficiently and effectively. He was confident that the crack was permanently repaired, and I had no doubt that it was. Once packed up, he gave me the invoice, explained the warranty and then left me feeling that the job was done well. I would recommend them to all my friends, and if I ever need any foundation work again, they will be the first ones I call. Thank you Lorrie and Wes !
