We called to arrange duct and carpet cleaning from the company. Roger was accommodating and followed up due to the need to reschedule because of cold weather and confirmed a new date without us having to call to make sure. Usually I seem to always have to be the one doing this.

The duct cleaning crew arrived on time and were professional, knowledgeable and polite. The job was well done with before and after pictures to prove it. They managed to even find a large piece of steel in the ducts, likely from construction 22 years ago that previous cleaning companies had not discovered! I am convinced based on the work done and equipment used that this is the best cleaning of the ducts we have ever had.
The company also effectively coordinated a carpet cleaning immediately after the duct cleaning. We were again shown the same professionalism, politeness and thoroughness by the carpet crew. The pricing was consistent with the estimate and actual work conducted. We will definitely use Ottawa Duct Cleaning again.
