We just went through Parkwood Master Builder to build our first home. We were actually sold on a different builder, but then Parkwood allowed us creative freedom with a blueprint and offered us higher quality options at the same price as a competitor (with whom our hardware options were in a lower bracket). Not only was the building experience great, but at our possession date, a red carpet was rolled out (literally), and we were given a binder of resources, gifts, as well as 2 usb ports with all of our selections on them (perfect for insurance purposes!). After living in the house for 5 months, we have had several follow up visits and emails from the company and any issues have been quickly addressed. We can confidently say we chose one of the most reliable, professional, creative and helpful builders out there and their firm commitment to quality has knocked other builders out of the park! We get so many compliments on our home and would definitely recommend this builder.
