Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

Mermaid Pools has a clear advantage over its competitors! His name is Frank Saunders...he doesn't sell the customers on the products...he matches the products to the customer' needs. Personable, efforvescent personality. Mermaid delivered exactly what I ordered and the installation team were magical...put the pool right where I wanted. Frank, thank you. Thanks also to the warehouse team, the delivery team and the Mermaid store team for standing by their wonderful products...I'll be back!

Mermaid Pools installed our pool in 1996. They did a beautiful job.
Since then they have opened a closed it every year. We have had a
new liner and new motor throughout the years. With every visit they
arrived at scheduled time, were efficient, explained repairs. The
technicians were always helpful and patient. Prices and rates were
very fair. When I have questions they have always taken time to
explain what to do or explained rates for technicians. When a problem
was not my fault they refunded charges. We believe this company
provides fair honest prices, efficient service and knowledgeable
technicians that go out of their way to provide the best service possible

We received great service from the people at Mermaid from the time we walked in their door. We bought a pool and a spa from them and were not oversold in the least. We were sold products in line with our budget, space and needs - no more.

The sales staff have a lot of integrity and are helpful. Our sales person came to visit us before the sale to assess our needs, and a few times during the installation to make sure everything was going according to plan.

From the time of or show of operations the level of service has been great. We've had a prompt response to all our needs (a faulty gauge on our pool filter and a broken LED on our spa).

The staff at the water testing station are also great and helpful. We take a water sample in every two weeks and love that it's professionally tested for no additional charge.

We've had a great experience with them. Highly recommended.

The inground pool liner you suggested because I wanted some blue is beautiful and looks great.
I was quite pleased with the professionalism that was showed at my place by all of the people who came from your teams, Denis Larocque, the Benoît brothers and the guys from the water trucks.

Last year we decided to get a pool in our back yard. We looked at houses with pools but the cost of moving would be alot higher than trying to get one in.
We went to Mermaid Pools and had the most delightful salesman Bob help us decide what would suite us and our back yard.
As Hottubs were on sale too, we decided to go for both and are very happy with them ! The pool is onground and we were able to get the salt water system so its very clean and cost efficient. The hottub is a comfort both in summer and winter. Mermaid tests our water anytime for no charge and the service is excellent and friendly. We would highly recommend this company.

Our pool stopped filtering dirt out and there was dirt collecting in the pool. The Mermaid poolguy came out and put new parts into the filter and replaced the pump. As a result the filter seemed to be running more smoothly and the motor seemed to be buzzing smoothly as opposed to before when it would stop temporarily. Service seemed a bit expensive but was otherwise good.

The staff was very helpful, they were right on time. They also did everything they could do to accomodate our schedules. They did a great job, were very tidy and the pool's fabulous!

I had Mermaid supplied and install a pool and the work and the workers was all great but their business dealings were awful. They were always calling for payments and expecting us to drive at their location to pay. The work was not completed in full and they wanted the last payment before finishing the work. They are rude and shouldnt be operating a business this way at all.
