If you are considering buying a hot tub, I would absolutely recommend Mermaid Pools on Ogilvy Road in Ottawa. At each step of the process (sales, contract negotiation, warehouse dealings, delivery, installation and show of operation) I received professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and, most importantly for me, respectful service from obviously dedicated employees. This bodes well for any future dealings with this great company, namely for maintenance (monitoring water quality), winterizing in the fall and opening up in the spring. My family and I use the spa every day for both its fun and therapeutic value!
