Paving completed, looked great till the first rain fall when we can see three dips left from the roller where we have puddles now. No return calls, e mails or text, nothing! After 3 months of trying. No water was used to check the driveway before leaving, my garage was open as requested.

Needed my driveway extended and repaved. Had quotes with outrages pricing. And my neighbors recommend can paving. So my first thoughts were you get what you pay for. Well I was astonished with the price. Then the job that they did was even better than the price. Iam so greatfull for your superb workmanship and your company. I have already sent your companies info to quite a few people. Thx again Mike and your team.

My dad wanted to get our driveway done as it was bad and overdue for repair. We were doing landscaping at the same time so my dad told me to call around to get quotes I got a quote from one guy 1800$. So i googled Paving companies and came upon CA Paving. I have them a call and Jody the office manager was very respectful and quick, told me she would have someone call me back. Later that day Mike called me and came to my house on July 12th. First impression was really good he shook me and my brothers hand. I explained what we wanted done and he took his time and was patient. He said he could do it for 1500$. I told him I would get back to him. Talked it over with my dad. Called Jody back to give her the okay to proceed, she emailed us the contract we signed it and sent it back right away. Within a week Jody called me to inform me they were coming on August 2nd to excavate the driveway. The excavation crew showed up when they were suppose to. They were very professional and respectful. Me and my brother were the only ones home and the guys made us feel confident that everything would go as planned as our parents couldn't be home.

The excavation crew cleaned up after themself didn't leave anything behind. They also made sure that we understood everything they were doing.

About a month later Jody called with our paving date. I told her we were still waiting on the guys to do the landscaping that we will call her when we're ready.

Unfortunately the guys weren't able to come do our landscaping until a later date. So I called Jody right after the thanksgiving weekend and told her they could come and pave the driveway. A week later she called me back saying they will come October 20th to pave the driveway. She gave me all the instructions of what to do for when the paving crew arrived. She took the time to list everything that I need to do.

Mike and his crew arrived today around 1:30 to pave the driveway. It was quick and professional process. Mike asked me how I want the edges to be finished and I left it in his hands to make the right choice.

And may I say Mike and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish, they took the time to ensure the asphalt leveled with our garage floor and made sure the lines from the roller was gone. Mike promised me when he first gave the quote he can guarantee a amazing finish and he kept his promise and I was impressed. I thanked him and the crew when they left.

My parents came home around 7 and were really impressed on how the new driveway looked.

I want to thank Mike, Jody and all the guys from C. Aurora Paving you guys did a excellent job from the start of the job to the finish. I would definitely recommend you guys to family and friends

We were looking for someone to do a fall paving job but we did not start looking till Sept. Other companies did not return our call. One company offered us 2 quotes - one was $12800 for fall or $8800 for spring. CA paving had a cancellation and fit us in within one week. The work was done when they said and everything was tidied up by the time we got home. The driveway looks great! We are very happy with the work that was done and the price was way cheaper.

In June Roy came to our home to give us an estimate and he was very down to earth – honest and tells it like it is. He had referrals on hand and a lot of experience to speak of. To redo our existing driveway plus fill in the extension we dug out, he gave us a very fair quote. Even better and most impressive, C. Aurora Paving does not collect payment until AFTER the job is done, which to me, is exactly how business should be done. Also, I was very pleased that we could pay CASH and not be charged tax. Bonus!

Just as Roy said, a few days later, Jody from the office called to set up our excavation date. However, when this day came, it was nearing 5:00 pm and still no driveway crew, nor a phone call to touch base. When I called the office, I was told, that the crew’s truck broke down and that they were still coming. When the excavation crew finally arrived they were obviously tired and frustrated with the day they had, which I was sympathetic to, but they lacked in both social tack and professionalism. Upon ringing our door bell, I was not even greeted with a “Hello,” never mind a, “Sorry we’re late,” the man simply requested me to move my car. The crew worked very quickly and roughly – I feared for the safety of drivers going by and our property. Two of the crew members were also smoking while working which I did NOT appreciate and one guy even jumped to offer to move my mother’s car as she pulled up to babysit our six month old and was told to move it - all very uncomfortable. Additionally, we thankfully we knew where our cable line was, but still there was no guarantee that the man working the excavator could avoid ripping it – thank goodness we were in the clear. A small chunk of our garage floor was ripped out in the excavating process, but luckily minor. In the end, the gravel was laid and rolled and we knew we had a good foundation for the new driveway (despite having to remove some chunks of old asphalt).

Following excavation, Jody followed up three times to set a date for the asphalt crew to come; however, we had to wait until WE were finished building our retaining wall. Once we were ready to go, the date was set (middle of July), but again an approximate window of time of the crew’s arrival could not be given to me, however, when I asked, I was informed that at the time, unless anything rerouted the crew, we were scheduled for the morning. I was hoping for a call to let me know they were on the way and having not been at home in the early morning, by 10:00 am I thought I should head over so I could prepare for the crew with having the garage door open and the watering hose accessible. I pulled up and the awesome asphalt crew was nearly DONE! I felt bad for not being there upon their arrival and of course right away was asked to open the garage and get the hose. In future, I recommend the crew inform the office that for example, they are done at Site A and are on the way to Site B so a call to Site B can be made and the home owners can be prepared.

From what I saw, he asphalt crew work incredibly! They worked efficiently and thoroughly. They seemed much kinder than the first crew we dealt with. The driveway was filled in beautifully – right up to our brand new retaining wall without any damage and that minor garage floor missing chunk was mostly filled in. The edging on the sides of the driveway are beautiful, a nice rounded finish that looks fantastic! I also LOVE driving smoothly in and out of the garage as now thanks to C. Aurora Paving our driveway and garage floor are LEVEL. The last crew member stayed behind to ensure the driveway was machine-rolled to perfection (and in the pouring rain at this point) – great guy!

The final product is gorgeous and changes the entire curb-appealing of our home. The work did leave behind long-lasting dark red and asphalt “stains” on the street, but fortunately neighbours have not complained, rather we have received a couple of compliments on the final product.

Lastly, I was THRILLED with the option of submitting my payment via e-transfer. This flexible accommodation is absolutely excellent and hugely appreciated - thanks to Mike, the company owner! We are now passed the middle of September and the driveway is looking and feeling fabulous! Thank you C. Aurora Paving!

We have been looking for a paving company for a couple of months. Happy we decided to use Aurora paving. The fellow worked quickly and efficiently. They addresses all the concerns I had.

Their staff were efficient and professional. Both the preparation team and the paving team were great. They were on time, completed their work and cleaned up our property before they left.

C. Aurora was on time, worked quickly, friendly, and professional. We just installed pavers and they were very careful when paving around them and cleaned around the edges as well.

Couldn't be happier with the job they did. The worker using the final roller even took extra time rolling after the rest of the workers left, to make sure it was right and that there weren't any roller lines left in the driveway.

The guys from Aurora Paving did our driveway and we are extremely happy with the results! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. They cleaned everything up when they were done the job. Very professional and affordable....

Driveway was in desperate need of replacement. Mike and the guys were paving a large driveway at a friends place, and my wife was impressed with their results. My initial meeting with Mike was professional and the quote was on the mark. My walkway abuts the driveway at 2 points and possible disturbance / contact was a big concern for me; however, the removal of the old asphalt, installation of the new aggregate and the final paving went great. The finished product looks great.
