Service department is useless. They do not answer calls and do not promise the work on time. I have been dwsling with them about 2 chests that were damaged on delivery. Service was supposed to get back to me on this. 3 months later no call back. I called and finally the service manager arranged to pick up the items and promised to have the repair done within a week. It is now 1 month later and I have not received my 2 items. I am trying to reach him but he (Eric) is not answering the phone. I have tried to communicate with him by email and he has not replied as well on previous communications
I will never ever purchase from this store again I was referred to this store by an interior designer
