We’ve been with PreLock for the past 13 years and have always been very happy with the service we received. Paul and his team have shepherded us through three homes, meeting our security needs each and every time.
We completed a renovation recently and once again, Paul was there every step of the way advising on all aspects of construction and how they impact security, from smart light switches to window and door construction. Throughout the process, PreLock rolled with the punches, coordinating effectively with our general contractor and managing to fit us into their schedule no matter what happened on our end.
Each member of their team was excellent and went above and beyond to provide professional and courteous service.

I know security is a evolution of new products and services and now your alarm is 100% top notch.
