I spoke to 5 different companies and though Pre Lock wasn't the cheapest, they were up front and honest about their work and service. I was convinced that some of the other companies were quoting on older systems and Pre Lock was quoting on the latest systems in the market place. They came when they promised, the work was done efficiently and professionally and my wife and I were quite satisfied. Paul, the owner, is a hands-on person and will communicate with his customers quickly and honestly 7 days a week. Owners of some other alarm companies refused to send any representative or themselves to my home to inspect what had to be done because as they put it, "my time is worth $400/hour and it's too valuable to spend on quotations."
