An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Great Service is something you never forget. I bought Mul-T-Lock High Security deadbolts for my house almost a year ago. As I wanted to upgrade my locks and overall physical security I knew installing these locks that were made in Israel are the answer to my security. Pre-Lock was great. They scheduled the installation on my moving day. They showed up on time. They vacuumed up all the dust and provide excellent follow up. I just called them today almost a year later and needed an extra part for my door and they responded right away and sent me the part same day. Wow that is service and hats off to your team.
