Reza the sales rep was very informative and not pushy at all. The only negative I can say about him was that he said it takes just a few hours for the installation, it took over 10 hours. We purchased a tankless water heater and a Carrier two-stage variable speed furnace. The installation was less than two weeks ago and we have had service out to us twice already. One a hose was cracked and furnace was leaking. the second time we lost hot water. We hope that was repaired. A pipe was cracked and an air vent was put in as well. I cannot really put the blame on them for the faulty equipment. I don't believe it was faulty workmanship. The service guys to come out within 24hrs so no complaints there. All in all I am satisfied with Maple Air. I sure hope not to have to see their service guys again! One thing we were told that they do and I really need it is a call to book and annual maintenance check. It is so easy to put off so I do want a reminder.
