Outstanding Service

Toronto

Neal from Maple Air came over for the annual furnace inspection. He was polite and professional and went out of his way to inspect and service the furnace and the air ducts. I am very satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Maple Air, and would wholeheartedly. recommend this organization.

Great Work Done

I am a little annoyed I received multiple phone calls asking for a review of their services to be posted on the internet. Life is busy - I wanted to include photos of the great work their team did (and include the name of the installer) but the multiple phones calls has me posting now to avoid future calls.

I had a new furnace, heat pump, tankless water heater and a thermostat installed in 1 day by the team. Very professional and clean.

5/5 stars on the work, 1 star deducted for the multiple phone calls.

Heat Pump

Maple Air offered competitive pricing and stood behind their installation of a heat pump and furnace. A week after installation, the Ecobee thermostat malfunctioned during an electrical storm. Ali was sent out to fix the problem and ended up doing so much more! We were impressed with his knowledge and thorough attention to detail. He reviewed all work done by the original installers, made some suggestions and returned shortly after to upgrade some of the work. This attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service has earned our trust in this company.

Complex problem fixed

Plumbing review in Pickering

My carrier infinity was issuing a code 81. I have a maintenance contact with maple air and evey year my furnace and ac are well looked after by them. Albeit even the well maintained do break.....mine with a code 81. It took 2 visits by the technicians to figure out the issue
Neil and Ahmadresa did figure it out and I'm very greatful
....and at no charge as I do have the maintenance agreement.

Heat Pump Installation

I can't say enough great things about Maple Air! They've installed and have been servicing my furnaces (at home and in my rental property) for over 12 years, and last year installed a heat pump in my rental property. Maple Air has always been there when I needed help, and I've come to depend on their knowledge and reliability.

When I decided to get a heat pump for my own home this summer, Maple made it so easy. Philip explained all the options, helped me find the best fit, and organized all the rebate inspections. And Navid, Taha, and Farad were amazing on the day of installation: they were friendly, professional, and meticulous, and they worked so hard!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maple Air. They're just an amazing company!

Had water leaking from the furnace. Maple Air came promptly, identified the source of the problem, and even helped clean the A/C unit where leak originated. Also provided very helpful information on general HVAC maintenance the latest developments in the industry on heat pumps. Very good value and definitely recommended.
