During a recent heatwave, storms passed through our area on a Sunday evening and we had a power outage lasting two hours. When power was restored, everything in the house came back on except for our furnace! This meant no air conditioning or furnace fan to help circulate air in the house during the heatwave. On Monday, Maple Air sent one of their technicians out who diagnosed that our control board and other parts on the furnace had been damaged by a power surge. Farzad atMaple Air in Concord was extremely helpful to us in quoting a price for a new furnace and in dealing with our insurance adjuster for our claim. By the following Friday (which was the start of the August long weekend!) Farzad had all of our products ready and arranged for an installer to come out the next day. Ahsan and Vic were very professional and did a great job of installing our new furnace and humidifier. They made sure everything was working (including the air conditioner) and they kept the jobsite very clean during and after the installation. We GREATLY appreciated them giving up most of their Saturday of the long weekend to get our furnace installed and our air conditioner up and running again!! We have always had great service from Maple Air and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
