Called to have furnace checked as motor was making a different sound. First problem occurred when we were told they would be here in pm and they showed up in am when we're away. Told me that there was nothing wrong with the motor it sounded as it should, I tried to disagree but to no avail. They offered to do an inspection as they were here - I thought that was great. 4 days later the motor broke and stared to fill the house with smoke. Called Dyand and were told someone would definitely be out that dat, Friday, of course no one ever showed up. Called them on Monday to ask why no one showed up and also what is the point of an inspection? Only answer we received was that there was a mix up in booking, they had no response to any other questions. Needless to say we would never hire them again.
