I had to deal with Dyand because my builder hired them to installed the furance, garage heater, and AC. Within the one year warranty period, both the furance and garage heater have broken 2-3 times, and it was so frustrated to keep calling them and have them come over more than 3 times for every single probelm. Their reception girls do not really know what is customer service, and do not care about your needs at all!!! transfer my phone to "manager" who will never answer your phone or return your voice message do not helped!!! Most of their technicians was not so good at what they doing, expect 5 mins visit after you waiting at home whole day and been told they have to order parts and come back later.... and then 2 weeks pass by, you have to call them again and agin to get them come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!!!!
