I had an excellent experience with Spring Home and especially their technician Ali. He was professional, knowledgeable and effecient in dealing with my A/C problem. I highly recommend this company and their awesome technician, Ali.

I had an old furnace, a/c and gas hot water heater. With Spring Homes hard work, I updated to a Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump and AO Smith Heat Pump Water Heater.

Sean came to the house and listened to my goals, gave me some ideas and put together a quote. It was not the lowest quote I got out of 4 I sought from a variety of hvac companies, but it was clear to me that Sean had the best grasp of the federal loan program I was working with and the options available. He based his advice on recent knowledge of Mitsubishis equipment, what my energy audit had shown and how to put together a system that would meet my goals (full electrification on 100 amp service). He was the only one of the 4 that really wanted to see the energy audit results before finalizing his quote. That told me a lot.

Stephen, David and Quang made it happen at install time. No project ever goes exactly the way you plan it. There are always surprises and challenges. The key for me is how people deal with those surprises and challenges. The installers did a great job. Excellent communication. They left the job site as clean as possible and there were no surprises for me.

Sean and the office staff were available by email, text and phone to field questions. Everybody I dealt with was reasonable and forthright.

In a nutshell, the Spring Home crew knew what they were doing, did what they said theyd do and charged a reasonable amount of money for it. Ive been around trades all my life and I was really impressed with this company. Good job. Dont hesitate to give them a call.

Ive used this company to replace a furnace in the past, then went back to them to install a split a/c unit and most recently have used them again to replace a central air conditioning unit. That indicates how highly I think of their services.
Right from the initial telephone contact with the office, to meeting with the sales rep to discuss options (Sam is the best!), to the installation and testing, they do everything professionally and thoroughly. They are always pleasant, always clean up inside and out before they leave and always go beyond what is expected to ensure the client is happy. I have already recommended this company to friends and will continue to do so. And they do maintenance as well!

I was looking to replace my 20+ year old A/C as well as my gas hot water tank with a heat pump water heater as a part of the HER+ rebate/loan program. Generally speaking for the A/C replacement, we were hoping to upgrade our system but keep open the possibility of retaining our furnace/air handler, which wasn't as old. We also wanted to get some additional ductwork run to correct a temperature imbalance in one of the rooms. I received quotes from five different HVAC companies before deciding to go with Spring Home.

Sam is an exceptional consultant. Unlike the people the other companies sent, he made an effort to understand our needs, conducted a thorough assessment, and in general went above and beyond in the services that he provided to us. All the other companies tried to sell us on a full system replacement and never even brought up the possibility of just replacing the A/C with a heat pump. The other companies also didn't bother checking on the logistics of getting a heat pump water tank down into our century home's low basement height and either flat out refused or said yes without confirming measurements of any kind. Sam was the only one who made sure that the install would be viable, dimension-wise. He also suggested extending our furnace's intake to the outside to correct the negative air pressure in our home. Generally speaking I highly appreciated the care Sam took to inform us of any potential risks and manage our expectations.

Sam also made a huge effort to make sure that our new ductwork would be viable. Because of some oddities in our old Toronto home, it took quite a bit of investigation and we now know much more about how our home works.

The price that Spring Home quoted was fair and the installation work was completed within their estimates. Everything has been working as expected and we are pleased with our install.

My 17 year old Trane air conditioner stopped running on July 5'th. Owing to its age, I was sure I was on the hook for a new unit. I've had exceptional experiences with Spring Home in the past and this one was also good. Rodina, who is excellent in customer service, set up an appointment right away on July 8'th and Amir, the technician, actually arrived well ahead of schedule. As it turned out, all the unit needed was a replacement 'capacitor' part and it was up and going again. Its always a pleasure to deal with Spring Home!

Mitsubishi is very energy efficient, quiet and slim.2. Sam is very knowledgeable with the product and provided me with the pros and cons of the unit and he easily responds to my call for questions. 3. When my water heater and furnace recently broke down, Sam came to the rescue. He explained very clearly how my existing system had been working, and then laid out some other, more cost-efficient options that were possible. He explained the various pros and cons of different installation options and set-ups in my specific situation as well as the short-term and longer-term up-front and/or operational cost savings gained with each option.

On the installation day, the technicians went above and beyond. It is clear they take great pride in their work. Peter especially, dealt with some challenging venting and ducting issues with ingenuity and grit. They worked an extra long day to ensure the system was ready to be used that evening.
