We wanted to buy an air conditioner for our home. A phone call to Spring Home and Cy was at our door that very night. He was very patient and accomedating with all our questions and answered them all honestly and accurately. Install day of June 21st was to our request. We even had to request to change the install time at 11pm the night before due to a last minute change in our personal schedules and Cy was able to coordinate everything in the middle of the night. The installers were professional, and knowledgable. Protected our hardwood floors with a drop cloth before begining work and patiently taught us how to use the machine along with the humidifer. They did not leave until they were convinced that we were pleased.
10 out of 10! Especially with the hot weather in the past couple days, we are glad we are COOOL! Thanks Cy and Spring Home. Much appreciated.
