He helped us from the very beginning with the frustrating Enbridge application and waiting process (give yourselves time people! It takes 10 weeks in Toronto!). And his crew was ready to spring into action when we got an earlier gas hookup date. The installers/technicians were courteous, professional and quick! They had the chimney lined, AC installed and the new furnace in place within a few hours - checking in with us along the way to ensure that we knew what was going on and where things were going to be.
