Vanessa stopped by to fix the furnace as we didn’t have any heat for almost 24 hours. She was very nice and 100 percent professional. She texted me few minutes before stopping and I had to explain to her what was wrong with my furnace. After I told her what the problem was, she immediately new what was there to fix. She was quick and professional! Also she did mentioned few recommendations which resulted with the purchase of additional parts. Now we have heat at home!
