I had called a plumbing company who advised me every couple hours for 2 days that they were just finishing up and would call when on their way.
Third day I called Arpi's at 7:30am, the job was done and I had water again by 9:15am!
Showered and back to work, no more days without pay waiting for a company that may or may not show up.
That's the way you do it, say you're going to be there and then be there!
