New furnace and water softener install
The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, periodically gave me updates (full day install). One of the installers was on the roof checking exhaust vents and noted (with pictures one of our ridges was completely missing shingles). He told me and sent me the picture and I was able to arrange shingle repair-just before a big snow fall and cold snap. There could have been thousands of dollars in damages if he hadn’t told me. The team finished their job, cleaned up. Project lead called that night to check on install.
