We found AA Floors through Homestars, and glad we did. We visited several times before making a decision and were never pressured into a quick sale like the other stores we visited. We were offered the help we needed when we needed it, and left to browse when we were doing that.
Once we had selected our floor and ready to order, our emails and calls were quickly responded to, and our order was handled professionally. We ordered at a very reasonable price, and quick delivery. We picked up the floor ourselves at their location and were helped by the friendly staff to load it into our truck.
We installed the product ourselves, but based on the service we received at the store, had we wanted an installer, we would have had no problem using them for this as well.
